Pram Shed is responsible for deciding how and why your personal information is used.

We do not normally receive or store your full payment card details. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Where you book a collection or return, we share the minimum information required with our in-house driver or third-party courier.

  • Access instructions and collection notes

Couriers receive this information only so that they can complete the booked collection or delivery.

Third-party couriers may operate under their own privacy policies and may retain delivery records for legal, security and operational purposes.

For marketplace purchase collections, we may also share the seller’s name, address, telephone number and collection instructions with the courier.

Please ensure that you have permission to provide us with another person’s contact information, including a seller’s details.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Pram Shed generally receives payment confirmation, the payment amount, transaction details and limited customer information rather than your complete card details.

We may retain payment and transaction records for accounting, tax, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

8. Photographs and videos

We may photograph or film items to:

  • Record their condition on arrival
  • Document cleaning or repair work
  • Manage quality control
  • Investigate concerns or damage
  • Support an insurance claim or dispute

Where no person, address, label or other identifying information is visible, we may use anonymised item photographs for training or marketing.

We will ask permission before publicly using photographs or videos in which a customer, child or other identifiable person is visible.

Please contact us before your service if you would prefer photographs of your item not to be used for marketing.

9. Marketing communications

We may contact you about your booking, repair, collection, return, warranty or membership. These are service communications.

We will only send promotional email or text marketing where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting joanna@pramshed.co.uk.

Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent us from sending necessary messages about an active booking.
