Travelling with little ones
Damaged in transit? We can help you claim.
If your pram, car seat or children's goods are damaged during air travel, we can provide a written damage assessment to support airline or insurance claims, for a member price of just £15.
Important, do this before you leave the airport:
- Photograph the damage clearly, before you leave the airport.
- Report it to the airline immediately.
- Get a PIR reference number — a Property Irregularity Report — before you leave.
A damage report may support your claim but does not guarantee a successful outcome.
