How it works

Four simple steps.

From booking to doorstep:

  1. Book the Marketplace service, choose it as your delivery method and give us both the seller's address and your delivery address.
  2. We collect from the seller, our courier goes directly to them so you save the trip entirely.
  3. Deep clean and treat, back at our East London workshop we hand-clean, steam-treat and check the item over.
  4. Delivered to you, it arrives at your door spotless and ready to use.

What it costs

The fee is based on the collection and delivery zones plus a small marketplace handling premium. Your exact price is calculated at booking once both addresses are entered. A minimum order applies depending on distance.
