Getting your buggy to us.
Whether you drop off at our Hackney workshop or we collect from your door, here is what to expect. See also all London boroughs and areas we cover.
Drop-off at the workshop
Workshop address
Unit 50 Containerville, 38–40 The Oval, London E2 9DT. Drop-offs are welcome Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm.
What to bring
Just fold the buggy down and bring it in. No packaging needed. We check it over with you and note any existing marks or damage.
Drop-off discount
Drop-off bookings receive a 10% discount automatically applied at checkout.
Courier collection
We come to you
Book online, choose your collection date and our courier comes to your door. No need to fold or bag anything up.
Zone pricing
Courier fees are based on your postcode zone. Enter your postcode at checkout to see the fee for your area.
Return delivery
We will get in touch when your clean is complete to arrange the return at a time that suits you.
Turnaround times
Standard clean
Single buggy deep cleans are returned two working days after collection. Travel systems take three working days.
Thursday and Friday collections
Collections on Thursday or Friday are typically returned the following Tuesday.
Next-day service
Available for single buggy deep cleans only. Select at checkout.
Large or multiple items
Email us before booking if you are sending several items. We will plan the best collection and return schedule together.
Parts & spares by post
Sent by Royal Mail
DIY repair parts and spares are sent by free tracked Royal Mail 2nd Class. There is no postage charge at checkout.
Dispatch time
In-stock parts are usually dispatched within one to two working days. We email your tracking number as soon as it is on its way.
