Great service from the team at Pram Shed. The courier service picked up our pram and car seat on the Wednesday and was returned by Sunday. Joanna was highly communicative throughout the process, letting us know about each step along the way. All items received looking brand new!
Pram Shed did a brilliant job of fixing the handlebar (which kept sliding up and down) on our Bugaboo Bee 3. They responded to my enquiry very quickly and booked me in for an appointment within a few days. The fix only took about ten minutes and it was a pleasure to meet the team as they’re so lovely. I thought the price was reasonable and certainly much lower than buying a new pram, which is what we would’ve had to do otherwise. Highly recommend!
Just got our buggy back from Pram Shed and it is like a brand new buggy. After five years, two children and numerous flights it was in a complete state. The canopy was filthy, the front wheels didn’t work properly, none of the mechanisms worked smoothly. But Joanna and Anthony have worked their magic and it’s like new (in fact I don’t remember it ever working this smoothly). I wish I’d done this years ago. On top of this, it was all so easy (picked up and dropped off at the time given with no need to pack it up) and the communication with Joanna was great. Highly recommend. If you’re hesitating, don’t. It is well worth the money.

Absolutely Amazing Service! I had my silver cross pram cleaned by pram shed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It came back looking spotless, like brand new! The condition was honestly amazing, and you could tell they really took care with it.
What made the whole experience even better was their excellent communication and customer service. They were so friendly and professional throughout. The pickup and delivery service was a total lifesaver, especially as I was heavily pregnant at the time. It made things so much easier for me.

Outstanding company. They exceeded my expectations in every possible way by ticking all the boxes: 1. Reasonable price for great value (they fixed and cleaned our pram, it looks brand new now!), 2. They keep us up to date all the way through, before I could raise an inquiry they were just anticipating me and send me a message to walk me through the options, 3. They delivered earlier than promised!

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. The web booking process was quite straight forward and we were able to book a pick up on the same day. Then when we needed to contact them via email the communication was first class.
But of course most important of all, they did an excellent job of cleaning up the second hand pram and buggy we had purchased.
As mentioned we did pay for their collect and drop off service and the third party who does this were excellent also. The supplied web link by text message gave very clear instructions where the allocated driver was and how long they would be.

Absolute 5-star experience with Pram Shed! They cleaned our 2-year-old UPPAbaby pram to perfection and went above and beyond to fix a faulty wheel. Not only did they source and deliver a free replacement wheel for us, but they also suggested solutions, explained the issue thoroughly, and even created a temporary fix using a 3D printer, writing to us - "In the meantime, we want to keep little one safe in the pram and have implemented a temporary fix with custom moulds that fit all 13 broken pins, allowing the brakes to function until a permanent solution is installed." --> this is truly stellar customer service going above and beyond! Their communication was professional, kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Also a green pick-up and delivery service. A brilliant experience from start to finish—I only wish they offered more services because I’d buy them all!

My partner and I purchased a nuna travel system from Facebook marketplace 2nd hand which was in good condition. But just for peace of mind we wanted to get it clean before we used it for our little one. As we didn’t want to stress about the faff of trying to pull apart the bits and getting it done at a dryer cleaner. On our search for a pram cleaning service we came across pram shed a family run business. We decided to go ahead with using the service and just hoped for the best. From the moment we booked , we were given timely updates from Joanna and descriptions of the process daily, as well as photo updates which I appreciated. It was a 2 day turn around and I am satisfied with the clean and drop off/pick up service. Would defo recommend to any parents to be who have purchased 2nd hand items and just need that reassurance
This company is AMAZING! I was able to get my Yoyo pram picked up, fixed, cleaned, and returned on the same day. I am not sure if this is normal, but when I contacted Joanna, I explained that I use my pram A LOT, every day. She was able to communicate quickly (on the weekend nonetheless) and provide a same day repair. The tech stack they use is out of the world. The communication from pick-up, assessment, and delivery is the gold standard. This is the only company I will ever use to fix my pram. The commitment to providing excellent service is nothing like I have seen from any company. If you have any pram issues, please do not hesitate to go here. I recommend 100% !!!

We had a 2nd hand Yoyo and after 18 months it was really wobbling and clicking. We were upset as we thought we would have to buy a completely new buggy for only a years more use with our toddler.

I recently found out about this business when I was gifted a buggy with a bright pink hood that I wanted black. I didn’t think it was possible but thankfully Pramshed came to the rescue. Right from making an enquiry to the sending of the hood Joanna was extremely communicative and professional making sure I was updated at every stage. Even when some pesky pink buttons wouldn’t dye they even honoured that in the final cost which was a very kind gesture. A great small business with integrity that I would recommend highly. Amazing experience! Emailed them on a weekend and they responded quickly and after sending a photo of the issue with the wheel, I was able to bring my buggy over at a time that worked for me. It was fixed the next day! And given that it was a simple fix, they didn’t charge me! Will definitely go back for cleaning service after the winter as it inevitably get filthy!

We bought a second hand BabyZen Yoyo newborn bassinet which had a lot of stains including red pen. We reached out to Pram Shed for a deep clean and the service was very professional, super responsive to queries and gave updates and progress on the cleaning. We brought in the bassinet in the evening and it was ready for pick up the next day. It looks brand new with stains that I thought weren’t possible to take out (including red pen) completely removed. Super happy with the end result for a very fair price, would highly recommend!

The wheels on our YoYo were fixed super quick in time for our holiday and the communication was great.
Joanna was a star. She updated us at the every step of the repair, provided great explanations to what they are trying to do and if that doesn’t work what’s the plan B. Anthony definitely knows what he is talking about and he fixed our buggy same day!

Great service and quality! What I loved were the status updates at every step and great communication. The buggy actually looks like new now. Quite pricey, but totally worth it.

We’ve been gifted a second-hand pram that had seen two children through the toddler years and it was pretty pre-loved, but honestly, after sending it to Pram Shed, it looks like a whole new vehicle! Very easy to book, communication is excellent. Joanna was very attentive and informative. Ordered a used travel system off eBay and wanted it professionally cleaned before baby used it, was in ok condition originally but had a few stains and paint on the seat. Was returned looking fresh out of the box. Courier service was excellent picked up and dropped off. Took one day in total picked up on Tuesday delivered on Wednesday. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional, fast cleaning service and when needed again will use PramShed every time!
I recently booked a pram clean, and i can say that I would 100% recommend. It took 3 days in total but I guess depending on what you’re getting cleaned they will let you know the time frame.
The price was very affordable to me compared to other companies and the fact that they are eco friendly is a plus aswel, my pram looks better then brand new, I am so happy with the results and would definitely recommend to anyone !

I am so impressed with how well my buggy has been cleaned. It has gone through 4 children over 9 years and was covered in stains. So glad I found this company online after having a buggy donated to us and wanting it deep cleaned before use. Joanna was able to offer me an appointment the next day and collected our buggy on time with communication and updates throughout.
