We repair wheel, axle and bearing faults, which are especially common on well-used Bugaboo Bees. This service is specifically for axle and bearing issues and the price includes both parts and labour.
Pricing includes both parts and labour, with no hidden extras. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Bugaboo.
Any wheel we repair is covered by a three-month warranty. If the same wheel develops a fault within that period, we will repair it again free of charge.
This warranty applies only to the specific wheel repaired during your booking. It does not extend to other wheels, components or parts of the buggy.
Where manufacturers do not supply small components separately, we use carefully selected and tested replacement parts to support repairs and keep buggies in use for longer. Our focus is always on repair and longevity rather than unnecessary replacement.
If your child is now a toddler, your buggy is likely carrying more weight than it did during the early months. This is completely normal, but it is worth keeping in mind when assessing general wear. Many of the buggies we repair have already covered a considerable number of miles. They may have been used from birth, passed down between children or stored between babies. Manufacturer weight limits must always be followed. However, age, previous use and existing wear can place additional strain on the frame, wheels, axles and bearings over time. You may therefore notice wear or damage developing in other areas of the buggy, particularly around the remaining wheels and bearings. We will always do our best to keep your buggy safe and rolling smoothly, but future wear in other areas remains possible, especially with continued daily use.
