Pram Shed Courier Collection & Return
Let us take care of the logistics. Once you’ve booked your clean, our friendly courier will collect your items from your doorstep during your selected date and time slot. After your clean is complete, we’ll return everything back to you — safe, sound, and beautifully restored.
Collection Details
- Your chosen time slot is for a door-to-door pickup.
- Please collapse buggies before handover. Carrycots and bassinets can remain upright.
- If you’d prefer us to collect from your hallway or another location, just leave a note at checkout.
- We pass your contact details to the driver so they can easily find your address.
Return Details
- For Zone A–C customers (our local service area), items are returned 2 to 3 days after collection, typically between 5:00pm and 6:30pm.
- For zones outside our local area, the courier will call or text the day before or morning of delivery to confirm the drop-off time.
No Packaging Required
We do not require any packaging or boxing for collection. At Pram Shed, we aim to operate with as little environmental impact as possible with no unnecessary wrapping. However, if you’d like your carrycot or car seat returned bagged in an eco-friendly clear covering for added protection and easy storage, we’re happy to do so — simply request this when you book.
If We’re Unable to Collect
If we knock, ring your doorbell and call but receive no response, we’ll assume you no longer require the courier.
- In these cases you are still welcome to:
- Drop off your items to us in person, or
- Rebook a collection for the same day (if available) or another day, which may incur an additional fee.
Final Notes
- If you need to cancel courier collection entirely, please let us know at least 2 days before your scheduled slot.
- Our couriers are friendly, professional and understand that many of our customers are pregnant or have little ones to look after in the house. They do not expect help lifting or carrying goods to their vehicles.
- This service includes both collection and return. If you’re booking multiple items, they’ll be grouped into a single pickup and drop-off.
- Courier fees are only refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before collection.
