Pram and Carrycot Readiness
Collapse your pram and carrycot if they are foldable. For non-collapsible carrycots, simply retract the hood.
Car Seat Adjustments
Retract the hood of your car seat and keep the handle upright, ready for collection.
Mattress and Bedding Care
Roll or fold mattresses to save space. Heavily stained mattresses should have a protector for transport and add-on cleaning.
Preparing Loose Items
Place additional items needing cleaning into a sustainable bag, securely tied to your pram’s handle.
Collection Timing
The courier will arrive for collection between 8 am and 2 pm on the scheduled day.
Special Considerations for Pregnant Women
For the safety and convenience of pregnant women, our partnered cargo bike couriers are trained to manage all necessary lifting during the pick-up and drop-off process. Please notify us at the time of booking if you would like to make use of this thoughtful service.
Regarding Waiting Times
Included in our service pricing is a ten-minute waiting period to accommodate any unforeseen delays during collection. If waiting times extend beyond this, we may need to pass on additional fees incurred from our third-party cargo bike courier partners to cover the extended service time. Return of Cleaned Items
Your items will be returned to you clean, with prams collapsed and everything securely packaged using eco-friendly tape for bundling without leaving residue.
