Snoo Wear-Part Replacement

This service has a one-week turnaround to allow for careful assessment, part replacement and testing.

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Happiest Baby or the Snoo Smart Sleeper brand.

Includes:

• Inspection of common wear-related issues (noise, resistance or uneven motion)
• Replacement of worn o-rings
• Replacement of worn or damaged bearings
• Testing before return to ensure smooth operation

Important:

• This service is limited to wear-part replacement only
• We do not carry out motherboard, motor or electronic repairs
• We do not modify or alter core functional systems

A Note on Wear and Use
Over time, Snoos naturally experience wear through regular use, especially where motion and weight are involved.

This service is designed to address common mechanical wear and extend the usability of the unit, but does not guarantee full restoration to original manufacturer performance.

Warranty
Repairs are covered for 30 days on the specific components replaced only.
