Courier Pick-Ups
Please make sure all your goods are collapsed and ready for collection prior to the pickup time.
Our couriers operate within a 60-minute arrival window, meaning a 10:00 AM booking may be picked up anytime between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. If there are any delays due to traffic, we will be in touch.
Wheel Repairs & Local Places to Visit
Wheel repairs take at least one hour. If you prefer not to wait in the shop, you might want to visit:
- London Fields – A short walk away with open space to relax
- Hackney City Farm – A great spot to see animals and grab a bite
- Haggerston Park – A quieter green space nearby
- Ozone Coffee Roasters – A popular coffee spot
If you’re visiting with a little one, we may have a courtesy YoYo available for you to use while we repair your buggy.
